Official visit season is in full swing and the 2025 recruiting cycle is still heating up as many of the top high school football players around the country are announcing their respective college decisions.

During the week of June 14-20, 31 players committed to an SEC program, including 28 prospects in the 2025 class and three underclassmen. The group of SEC commits features 10 four-star prospects, headlined by eight players ranked in the Top247.

Fourteen SEC schools secured at least one commitment this week. Mississippi State leads the way with nine, followed by Arkansas and South Carolina with four each, then Alabama, Kentucky and Oklahoma with two each, while Auburn, Florida, LSU, Missouri, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas and Texas A&M each had one.

The top-100 prospect becomes the 14th member of Texas A&M's 2025 recruiting class. Armstrong hauled in 26 receptions for 268 yards and nine touchdowns over 11 games as a junior, per MaxPreps.

Auburn co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach Charles Kelly was the lead recruiter, and defensive coordinator and linebackers coach D.J. Durkin also assisted in the recruitment. He is commit No. 15 for Hugh Freeze's program in the 2025 recruiting cycle. In 11 games as a junior, Winters tallied 19 tackles, one interception and one forced fumble on defense, per MaxPreps. Greene County,Steve Miller committed to the Bulldogs during an official visit to Starkville over Power Four offers from Kansas, Arkansas, Indiana, LSU, Maryland, NC State, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and West Virginia, among others. The two-way standout was the sixth commitment for the Bulldogs in the 2025 recruiting cycle. East Coweta,Derrion Horsley committed to the Bulldogs during an official visit to Starkville, becoming commit No. 5 for head coach Jeff Lebby and his staff and kicking off a huge run of commitments for the program. Mississippi State cornerbacks coach Corey Bell was the lead recruiter for the three-star prospect, who also held offers from East Carolina, Georgia State, Marshall, South Florida, Troy and Western Kentucky. Recruiting background: A 5-foot-10, 170-pound wide receiver out of Ironton (Ohio) High School, Shaun Terry committed to the Tigers less than three weeks after decommitting from Notre Dame. He was pledged to the Fighting Irish for more than three months before reopening his recruitment on June 1, but he now becomes the 11th commitment for Eli Drinkwitz's program in the 2025 recruiting cycle. His recruitment was spearheaded by Missouri wide receivers coach Jacob Peeler. In 13 games as a junior, Terry hauled in 27 receptions for 525 yards and nine touchdowns while rushing for another 391 yards and five touchdowns on 28 carries on offense, per MaxPreps. Texas co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach AJ Milwee was the lead recruiter for the elite signal-caller, who becomes commit No. 2 for Steve Sarkisian's program in the 2026 recruiting cycle. In 12 games as a sophom*ore, Bell completed 122 of 189 passes (64.6%) for 1,929 yards with 20 touchdowns against four interceptions while rushing for another 86 yards and two touchdowns, per MaxPreps.
