Welcome to the Lords of the Fallen Guide! Lords of the Fallen is a souls title of developer Hexworks. This guide will help you to achieve platinum in three playthroughs if you follow the steps exactly. A minimum of 3 playthroughs is mandatory, and you must do it using the same character, one normal run and then two New Game+ runs. This is because each ending has soul-bound items that are bound to your character. Platinum will take some time to achieve, as there are many items that can be randomly dropped by enemies. You have to farm these. This can take more or less time depending on your luck. The New Game+ mode can also take a little more time, as the mode is rather unbalancedand bosses have far too much health. In the All-in-One Collectible Guide we go efficiently, so we get the most trophies in the first playthrough, since it’s easier than doing it in New Game+. In New Game+, at certain points in the game, we can only plant ourselves a Vestige seed, which serves as a checkpoint. However, we can only carry 5 of them and plant only one active checkpoint, so it must be well thought out where we plant a seed. However, seeds can be bought endlessly from Molhu and dropped by all the Bosses. There are many trophies that can be missed, so you have to pay attention. If we progress too far in the story, some quests fail. Since patch 1.01, the online armours from the online shrines are no longer required for the platinum.
A co-op player can drop Vigor Skullswhich can be consumed to level up fast. These can be duplicated with the help of a Cloud Save (PS+ required). You can upload and download the save data to duplicate itemsfor leveling up quickly. Back up your save, drop the items to your co-op friend, redownload your save from Cloud, rinse and repeat. This also works with upgrade materials for the lamp and weapons (counts towards their trophies). What cannot be duplicated are spells, armour, tincts, gestures, quest items and boss materials. To back up your save go to PS5 Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Saved Data (PS5) > Upload from Console Storage. In this menu also click “Sync Saved Data” and disable the automatic save sync (otherwise it could overwrite your save when exiting the game). To download your old save go back to the same menu but choose “Download or Delete from Cloud Storage”.
In the firstplaythrough we focus on unlocking the Adyr ending and combine it with most collectibles & side quests possible. One side quest is tied to the Adyr Ending. In order to unlock the Adyr ending, youare not allowed to cleanse a single beacon in the game! Therefore, keep in mind that youdo not interact with a single beacon in this playthrough, otherwise you won’t get the trophy!
Simply follow the Collectible Guide, it includes all Collectibles, Items, Bosses, Missables etc to get everything possible in the first playthrough:
You should also take some time to read through the Endings Guide first. For Platinum we need a minimum of 3 playthroughs with one character (not different characters) to unlock the soul-bound items from each ending. We have to go for a different ending each playthrough so this will give you amore in-depth step by step overview of how to structure your playthroughs:
The game has only 1 Autosave and no Manual Saves. Because of this it’s highly advisable toback up your save in PS+ frequently (PS5 Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Saved Data (PS5) > Upload from Console Storage). In this menu also click “Sync Saved Data” and disable the automatic save sync (otherwise it could overwrite your save when exiting the game). If something goes wrong you can redownload the save. You can always do as many New Game+ playthroughs as needed, anything you missed can still be done in NG+. However, if you mess up an Ending without a backup Cloud Save you would need a full 4th playthrough which would increase the Platinum time by 10 hours.
It’s also recommended to farm all randomly dropped collectibles/items from enemies during this playthrough. This is easier than doing it in New Game+ (they are pointed out in the Collectible Guide where they can be farmed).
In the second playthrough we focus on the Radiant Ending. This is the opposite of the Adyr Ending and requires cleansing ALL beacons.
We combine this run with the Kukajin quest thatwas canceled out in the previous run. The ending is also ideal if other side quests failed on the first run, we can redo them now.
In this run we’ll focus on the Umbral Ending. For this ending we kill all NPCs. We have to pay attention to many important steps so that we don’t miss the ending.
Follow the Umbral Ending Guide exactly step by step – if in doubt back up your save regularly in PS+ Cloud: See »Lords of the Fallen (2023) All Endings Guide. Also finish Paladin Isaac’s quest during this run.
Once we have reached the end and collected everything, the platinum trophy is ours. If you are still missing a collectible, refer to the checklists below to compare against your in-game inventory to find what’s missing:

Three gestures can be obtained online at the shrines, where you can donate items (Orian Vow of Protection, Putrid Mother’s Embrace, Crimson Ritual Fervour). Fully upgrade a weapon.
Place a rune in a socket for the first time.
Fully socket a 3-rune weapon or shield.
Fully upgrade the Umbral lamp.
Fully socket the Umbral lamp with Umbral Eyes.
Beckon a co-op partner.
To summon a co-op partner, we have to go to any Vestige. Vestige are checkpoints in the game to rest, upgrade or enter multiplayer mode (PS+ required). To do this, go to multiplayer mode and choose either Beckon Lampbearer or Becon Friend. After a co-op player is joined, the trophyunlocks.
Defeat a boss alongside a co-op partner.
To obtain this trophy, a boss must be killed together with a co-op player. To do this we can kill any boss. There are enough of them in the game.
Avenge a fallen lampbearer.
To avenge another player we have to keep our eyes open. In the game, on rare occasions, we can find red lamps on the ground. Soulflay this to begin the hunt for revenge. Red butterflies lead us to the target, which of course we have to kill. In most cases it is an elite enemy that we have to kill.
Defeat another player in PVP.
For this trophy we become Invaders! The trophy can be done at any Vestige at any time. To do this, we open the multiplayer mode and select the SlaughterLampbearer tab. After a short time we become invaders and have to kill another player in PvP. It seems that we are not dueling with players of the same level so being a higher level may make this easier.
Donate a total of 10 Severed Hands.
Severed Hands is a separate in-game currency that we get for defeating other players in PvP in Lords of the Fallen. To do this, we open the multiplayer mode at any Vestige and select the Slaughter Lampbearer tab. After a short time we become invaders and have to kill another player in PvP. After defeating a player, we get 9 Severed Hands. Do this two times. We can donate these in the Shrine of Adyr at the same named Shrine of Adyr. At the shrine we press and have to donate 10 Severed Hands or more at once.
Donate a total of 10 Pilfered Coins.
Pilfered Coins is a separate in-game currency that we get for helping other players in Lords of the Fallen. To do this, we are either invited by friends or select Multiplayer on Vestige and the item Accompany Lampbearer. After defeating a boss together, we get 15 of the coins. We can donate these in Skyrest Bridge at the Shrine of Orius. At the shrine we press and have to donate 10 Pilfered Coins or more at once.
Donate a total of 10 Plucked Eyeballs.
Plucked Eyeballs is a separate in-game currency that we get for Avenge, a fallen lampbearer in Lords of the Fallen. To do this, we have to farm the red lamps on the ground . If we successfully avenged a player, we get 3 Eyeballs. Once we have done this 4 times, we can go to Skyrest Bridge. We can donate these in Skyrest Bridge while in Umbral at the Shrine of the Putrid Mother. At the shrine we press and have to donate 10 Plucked Eyeballs or more at once.
Apply a tinct to a piece of gear.
Defeat Pieta, She of Blessed Renewal.

Defeat the Lightreaper.
The Lightreaper is a boss that we most likely died to in the tutorial. However, this boss trophy can only be earned at three specific locations in the game. We must kill him before he arrives in Upper Calrath. To do this we have the option of killing the boss in Defiled Sepulcher, Fitzroy’s Gorge or Fief of the Chill Curse. If we die, the boss will not reappear at that location. We can make the fight easier if we upload our save to the PS+ cloud beforehand (PS+ required). If you die you can download the save from PS+ again.

Defeat Elianne the Starved.
Elianne the Starved is a boss we first meet in Mother’s Lull. We can only encounter this boss if we complete the Umbral Ending. To do this, we first have to complete a quest to reach the Umbral Ending. Elianne the Starved is also a very challenging boss.
Defeat Adyr, the Bereft Exile.
Adyr, the Bereft Exile is a boss we first meet in Bramis Castle. We can only encounter this boss if we complete the Radiance Ending for which we must clean each beacon. This is the ending that everyone normally completes at the beginning of the game. Adyr, the Bereft Exile can only be defeated in the Radiance Ending.
Defeat all bosses.
The trophy of killing all bosses is pretty self-explanatory.It requires having killed all the main and optional bosses with the same character (doesn’t count across different characters).

An Umbral imprint of Isaac faces the Lightreaper.
This is the second trophy from the Lightreaper and cannot be combined with Hunt’s End. Normally we die in his first three encounters, so we only kill him in the final encounter in Upper Calrath. The trophy is missable if we kill the Lightreaper too early. We have to defeat the Lightreaper together with Paladin Isaac. To do this we have to complete his quest, as we have to take Paladin Isaac with us into battle. If we kill the Lightreaper in Upper Calrath without him, we won’t get the trophy. The trophyisn’t missableas long as we don’t defeat the Lightreaper in previous locations.

View all Umbral stigmas.
There are 60 Umbral Stigmas in the game that we have to see. Umbral Stigmas are tragic events from the past that happened in Axiom. To see Umbral Stigmas we have to look for blue moths in Axiom. Once we’ve seen these, we switch to Umbral to use Soulflay on the Umbral Stigmas so we can watch the event. Thereare also Umbral Stigmas from Paladin Isaac, Drustan and Iron Wayfarer Quest – see Lords of the Fallen (2023) All Side Quests Walkthrough.
Once we’ve seen all 60, the trophy is ours. However, we need to play through the game at least two times, as each boss from the ending (with the exception of the Adyr ending) has its own stigma.
