@verizonfios I've been trying to sign up for Fios services for my home and your awful website keeps crashing. Tried calling your awful customer service line and I keep getting disconnected. I'm probably sticking with Comcast because y'all clearly have issues.

@VerizonSupport I have a 4K capable Tivo DVR with a FIOS cablecard. I have gotten the “channel not authorized” message on previous events on that channel. My friend who also has FIOS and TiVo, but has a different package, has gotten the events. So equipment is not the issue.

If you are a FIOS TV customer and you have 4K equipment, the Super Bowl is on in 4K on channel 1498. That’s all TV subscribers. The channel is usually only for people who subscribe to packages with sports channels, but not today.

@Xfinity @comcastcares is the worst! If it's not the signal it's the internet down, channels taking away for sh*tty channels now I cant pay my bill because of the website is down..smdh.. I'm pricing packages from Fios! after many years of a $300+ bill I had it with this company

@cgraviss @kenwyatt44 @ATT @comcast Not in my neck of the woods. Comcast never delivered anywhere near speed and price went up every year. At least FIOs delivers on its promised 1 gig speed and while expensive is less than Comcast by a healthy percentage.

More crappy service from @Xfinity They sent a technician to fix things today. Tv reception worked for about 5 minutes, then continued to freeze up on 2 out of 3 tv’s. It fixed nothing. I will be canceling my service, and switching to @verizonfios this week.

I'd GLADLY pay @verizonfios $20/month from November through January to BLOCK my house from receiving the @hallmarkchannel, with an accompanying scroller saying that the channel is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.I'm not alone in wanting this "feature"

@EDWARDS85L @Xfinity @comcastcares I canceled FIOS to go to Xfinity because they gave me a new router for up to the highest speeds. I’m paying $55 for 100 which is pretty much what every provider is charging. FIOS I had to rent or buy a crappy slow router

@patrick_hruby We cancelled our FiOS TV a few months ago largely because of this, and we will never again sign up to any service that includes it. Unfortunately too few people are prepared to do the same for cable providers to care about offering alternative packages.

@verizonfios ummm hey... website and apps give you the option to add everything under the sun. Chat windows pop up like crazy, can do everything except cancel. I can only cancel by calling a number between 8 & 6? Seriously? Tell me I'm not seeing the option online

@verizonfios Just got TV One box, volume controls and input on remote control doesn't work. And there is no live help to troubleshoot.Sloppy work. 17 yrs customer might go away soon.
